     Take advantage of the sea treasures to feel fit again, forget the problems and spend two exciting days, full of emotions. The weekend package Tonus decreases the daily stress, which is the reason for many pains and discomforts. The program has a very good healing effect on the whole body, improves the tonus and eases the tiredness. The entire stay is from Friday to Sunday including, but a change is possible at your wish.

The WEEKEND PACKAGE TONUS includes:

1.  Accommodation in the 3***  hotel Helios, Balchik
2.  Special regular diet - 3 times a day, not over 2000 kKal
3.  Motor regime - 40 min special healing gymnastics (own complex), which engages all parts of the body and aims release of the strain and stiffness.
4.  Healing walks - 40 min march with moderate speed, including visiting the local sights of Balchik
5.  Classical massage on the back - combination of various massage techniques, reducing the muscle strain, removing the tiredness, warming and easing.
